What you'll do

• Perform building maintenance, including drywall installation and repairs, plumbing repairs, and basic electrical services
• identify facility issues and recommend repairs or safety updates
• complete work orders and projects
• help prepare facilities for scheduled events
• implement facility policies and safety protocols
• coordinate and assist with third-party contractors
• assist management with capital usage and budgeting as needed.
