What you'll do

• Prepare event spaces by arranging displays, signage, tables, and promotional materials
• welcome attendees and provide directions or event information
• distribute approved brochures, samples, and promotional materials
• help event coordinators carry out schedules and assigned operational tasks
• keep event areas organized
• monitor supplies and report shortages
• support attendee engagement
• help coordinate transitions between activities
• assist with packing and removing displays after events
• follow event guidelines and safety procedures.
