What you'll do

• Transport clients to and from appointments as requested
• observe or supervise parent-child visits
• complete client-contact forms and enter data into IMPACT and other agency systems
• maintain appointment calendars
• perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, faxing, copying, and handling telephone inquiries
• support children without placement alongside caseworkers when required.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience, or an acceptable substitution of 30 semester hours from an accredited college or university. Travel may reach 95% of the work week; evenings and weekends may be required.
