What you'll do

• Manage projects from estimating through closeout
• review bid documents and drawings and prepare estimates and proposals
• maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• coordinate excavation, demolition, concrete, and structural steel work
• manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and resources
• lead subcontractors and field personnel
• manage project documentation and cost forecasts
• ensure compliance with codes, safety, quality, and ISO requirements
• identify and mitigate risks.
