What you'll do

• Administer medications in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
• document medication administration and observations
• monitor for side effects or changes in condition
• contribute to Individual Support Plans
• assist with activities of daily living and structured routines
• prepare simple meals based on dietary needs
• maintain a clean and safe living environment
• transport residents to appointments and activities
• encourage social and life-skill participation.
