The Operations Planning Coordinator - Full-Time role is an onsite position based in Menasha, WI. This role exists to facilitate the scheduling of production equipment across three main operations departments. The coordinator works closely with management to ensure production goals are met and collaborates on schedule changes.

What you'll do

• Input site manufacturing, production and/or team member schedules per policy for effective day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with the entire production scheduling & management teams to ensure production goals are met.
• Reconcile planned vs actual schedules.
• Request & collaborate adjustments to schedules to meet unforeseen conditions and communicate clearly to all teams and management.
