What you'll do

• Manage, track, and execute funding across appropriations including Foreign Military Sales
• track commitments, obligations, and disbursements in GFEBS
• reconcile financial records and resolve ULOs and NULOs
• serve as a GFEBS transactions and reporting subject matter expert
• use Funds Management and Cost Management modules
• assist with the Internal Operating Budget
• analyze historical execution data and recommend spend plans
• facilitate mid-year reviews and year-end close-out
• track manpower allocations, labor execution, and personnel funding
• coordinate manpower requirements with program managers.

Why this role

Requires three to five years of federal financial management or defense program analysis experience, at least two years of hands-on GFEBS experience with FM and CM modules, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one. Knowledge of OMA, APA, and RDTE funding is required.
