Patient Access Representative, Reception

The Patient Access Representative, Reception role is onsite in Neenah, WI, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. Neuroscience Group provides neurologic, neurosurgical, spine, pain, endovascular, and therapy services across the Fox Valley and Northeast Wisconsin. As a first point of contact, the representative supports scheduling, registration, and front-end clinic operations. The role helps patients and guests navigate clinic visits through courteous service, accurate registration, payment collection, and insurance verification while protecting confidentiality.
