The Commercial Glass & Door Service Estimator is an onsite role in Carrollton, TX. Compensation is $60,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and glass industry knowledge; bonuses and/or profit sharing may also be available. The role supports Glass Doctor of North Texas’ commercial service and repair work on existing facilities, not new construction. The estimator assesses service needs and produces timely, accurate estimates so customers can address facility problems and technicians can secure jobs. The role coordinates with technicians, service coordinators, and suppliers to identify suitable materials, solutions, and pricing.

What you'll do

• Review photos, service reports, and field notes to assess work scope
• estimate commercial glass, storefront, door, and hardware replacements
• assess market conditions and margins
• collaborate with technicians, service coordinators, and suppliers
• identify materials and solutions
• deliver estimates quickly, often while technicians are onsite or by the next day
• manage 10–15 estimates per day
• document estimates and pricing recommendations.
