What you'll do

• Coordinate rental check-in and check-out, documentation, system updates, cleaning, and maintenance
• track daily KPIs
• promote ancillary products through value-based selling
• conduct basic RV and van checks covering batteries, water systems, gas, lights, and tires
• escalate complex technical or mechanical issues to regional servicing teams
• maintain accurate fleet status and readiness
• coordinate daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation
• demonstrate standard operating procedures and support onboarding
• oversee RV preparation and presentation for sales appointments
• manage depot costs and reduce unnecessary expenses and rework.
