Floating Teacher — Family Support

What you'll do

• Develop and educate children using the latest curriculum
• prepare weekly lesson plans and daily plans
• coordinate, facilitate, identify, enroll, and provide individual services in accordance with Child Development Services standards, licensing regulations, and WOCAP policies
• connect children to required health-related services and resources
• provide follow-up support and help remove barriers
• transport families to appointments as needed
• report difficulties to supervisors in writing and ensure follow-up within 30 days
• move between classrooms and sites as needed.
