The Supervisor, Point-of-Care Support role is onsite in Waltham, MA, with a targeted salary of $110,000–$120,000 per year. The supervisor leads technical support for Nova Biomedical’s StatStrip and StatSensor product lines. The role exists to guide daily hotline operations and ensure customer issues are resolved thoroughly, documented accurately, and followed through. It leads support specialists, manages escalations and after-hours connectivity support, coordinates software and firmware updates, and develops training materials and performance measures.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily Technical Support Hotline activities
• lead Customer Support Specialists and Point-of-Care Support Specialists
• oversee customer responsiveness, issue resolution, and call escalations
• support field and hotline specialists with troubleshooting
• communicate with end users and internal teams
• ensure accurate documentation and follow-up
• manage after-hours connectivity support
• coordinate NovaNet software and firmware updates at customer locations
• develop training documentation and KPIs
• report performance
• write customer and technical information bulletins
• recruit, onboard, coach, and review employees.
