What you'll do

• Own the onboard software stack from firmware through middleware
• lead and develop engineering managers and technical leaders
• oversee hiring, performance, and career growth
• serve as the primary onboard software contact for partner teams
• manage intake, prioritization, organizational boundaries, and escalations
• define release completion criteria and quality metrics
• maintain the current platform in production while developing the next-generation platform.
