What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate the case management team’s workflow
• mentor and train team members
• occasionally carry a case or complete foster parent reevaluations as needed
• support clear and timely documentation
• ensure compliance with child visit, service, and documentation standards
• ensure timely reporting of critical incidents and significant events
• keep GA Score and SHINES updated and tasks current.
