What you'll do

• Set the multiyear AI, analytics, and technology strategy and roadmap
• oversee platform governance, maintenance, vendors, releases, issue resolution, data quality, user enablement, continuity, and lifecycle management
• advance care gap analytics
• turn data into actionable insights for portfolio, field medical, scientific communications, and health impact decisions
• scale AI-enabled workflows with risk controls and human oversight
• embed responsible AI and data governance with Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, Compliance, and Quality partners
• lead cross-functional support
• define performance and adoption KPIs.
