The Auto Body & Paint Supervisor role is onsite in Delanco, NJ, with pay of $29–$36 per hour based on skills and experience. The role is based in a Carvana Inspection Center. Carvana says its reconditioning centers inspect, repair, and photograph vehicles to support its goal of providing customers with a no-hassle car-buying experience. This front-line supervisor manages and develops hourly associates to meet production and quality targets. The role oversees vehicle movement, team performance, and repair decisions; trains associates on quality control standards; and helps complete repairs efficiently while reducing rework and production delays.

What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center
• meet inventory production goals
• oversee, coach, and develop the assigned team
• communicate expectations and performance measures
• monitor adherence to systems and procedures
• review and approve identified vehicle defects
• partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair-or-reject decisions
• train associates on quality control standards
• help complete repairs efficiently and reduce rework and delays
• support a safe work environment.
