What you'll do

• Enforce facility policies and visitor safety
• ensure lifeguards scan and respond effectively
• facilitate daily pool operations
• fill in as a tower guard as needed
• respond to emergencies and provide backup assistance or appropriate care
• communicate with staff and management
• oversee facility setup, inventory, and restocking
• complete daily reports
• conduct in-service training and evaluations
• resolve conflicts with employees and patrons.
