What you'll do

• Perform patient triage and assessments
• administer urgent-care treatments, medications, and IV therapy
• assist with minor procedures
• conduct EKGs and lab draws
• prepare patients for diagnostic exams
• coordinate care plans and referrals
• provide chronic-care support, case management, and follow-up
• lead wellness initiatives and community health education
• document in the EHR.
