ServiceNow System Administrator & Team Supervisor

The ServiceNow System Administrator & Team Supervisor role is onsite in Cordova, TN, five days per week at the Memphis office. Compensation is not specified. The position reports to the Manager of Customer Service – IT at West Fraser, a diversified wood products company. The role provides technical leadership and operational oversight for the ServiceNow environment while guiding the ServiceNow team. It supports stable, secure, and continuously improving IT service management by governing the platform, coordinating team work, delivering workflows and projects, and aligning platform capabilities with business and technology needs.

What you'll do

• Lead ServiceNow administration, configuration, and optimization across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Workflow, and Automation
• oversee solution design and maintenance
• monitor platform health and manage upgrades
• enforce governance and development standards
• mentor team members and coordinate workload
• collaborate with stakeholders
• develop workflows and service catalog items
• support CMDB accuracy and security controls
• lead or support implementations and integrations
• improve ITSM processes, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
• troubleshoot escalations and maintain platform availability.

Why this role

Requires a certificate, diploma, or degree in IT, MIS, or a related field, or five or more years of relevant experience; three or more years of ServiceNow administration and team or supervisor experience. Evening or weekend work may be required for scheduled maintenance, service interruptions, or project deadlines; occasional travel within Canada and the United States may be required.
