What you'll do

• Lead creative strategy for paid campaigns, including briefs, review, and iteration
• maintain a creative testing cadence with new work entering market at least biweekly
• manage campaigns and spend against agreed goals
• own growth content for key website and landing pages
• prioritize page improvements using audience, search, and performance insights
• plan and improve lifecycle communications and journeys
• create briefs across paid, site, and lifecycle
• partner with Growth, Design, SEO, Engineering, and lifecycle teams.
