What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule service calls with Sales and confirm parts and resources are available.
• Track open service and warranty issues, monitor parts and warranty orders, and coordinate service-parts production and shipments.
• Analyze claims and service data, assist with corrective actions, maintain accurate records, update internal stakeholders and customers, and participate in cross-functional service and warranty projects.

Why this role
