Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance in apartment units, common areas, and community facilities
• respond to resident requests
• troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and general mechanical issues as assigned
• prepare vacant units for new residents
• maintain building systems, tools, and equipment
• document work and supply needs
• support safety practices and property procedures
• and participate in on-call rotation or emergency response duties as needed.
