The Data Center Security Installation Project Manager, Deputy Project Leader role is an onsite position at a data center construction site in Fort Wayne, IN. M.C. Dean designs, builds, operates, and maintains security, electrical, telecommunications, and technology systems for mission-critical facilities. The project manager administers and implements large electronic security installation projects, coordinating financial, schedule, staffing, materials, safety, and trade-partner needs. The role supports timely project completion and quality delivery of security systems at the data center.

What you'll do

• Manage project finances and on-time completion
• coordinate project kickoff meetings
• forecast cash flow and manpower
• order materials, tools, and equipment
• prepare price proposals and change orders
• prepare monthly budget, schedule, cash flow, and manpower reports
• identify cost-saving and quality improvements
• ensure safety compliance
• coordinate with the general contractor and other trades.
