What you'll do

• Conduct skilled psychiatric nursing visits according to physician orders and the plan of care
• serve as primary RN case manager for patients with psychiatric diagnoses
• assess, monitor, and document patient status, progress, and treatment response
• educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety
• promptly communicate condition changes to physicians and the care team
• participate in care conferences and maintain timely documentation.
