What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
• maintain and test furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment
• educate homeowners and present repair and replacement options
• present financing and maintenance plan options when appropriate
• ensure safe and efficient operation
• coordinate with dispatch and customer service
• maintain vehicle and job-site organization
• complete invoices and service records
• participate in training and company meetings.
