What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers and contractors
• answer questions and resolve concerns
• advise on project solutions and product selection
• prepare take-offs, estimates, quotes, orders, purchase orders, and invoices
• coordinate deliveries and installations
• order products and resolve vendor discrepancies
• follow up on quotes and projects
• support returns, inventory maintenance, point-of-sale tasks, and store opening or closing as assigned.
