What you'll do

• Monitor the dispatch board and help match technicians to jobs by skill, location, and capacity
• review technician scorecards and set coaching priorities
• support technicians remotely with diagnostics and job questions
• handle customer complaints and escalations
• review estimates, notes, photos, and forms
• report team results and staffing needs to the Operations Director
• make day-to-day service department decisions and escalate major issues.
