The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Float Pool role is onsite across Monarch communities in Minnesota, with travel expected. Pay is $24 per hour. Monarch Healthcare Management operates skilled nursing and assisted living communities and focuses on resident-centered care. What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
• support mobility, safety, and comfort
• provide basic restorative and nursing care
• observe and report changes in condition
• maintain required documentation
• support individualized care plans and preferences
• follow Minnesota Department of Health standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies.
