What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of 100–125 major and principal gift donors and prospects
• secure gifts ranging from $100,000 to $1 million or more, with gifts up to $5 million
• achieve fundraising goals and grow the prospect pipeline
• manage the fundraising lifecycle and collaborate with the AVP on higher-level gifts
• build donor relationships
• work with volunteer boards
• identify planned-giving prospects and make introductions
• use portfolio data and analytics to guide fundraising strategy.
