What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinic operations and compliance
• manage the practice budget and revenue-cycle performance
• monitor metrics and implement process improvements
• supervise, coach, hire, onboard, and train staff
• oversee scheduling, intake, authorizations, and procedure documentation
• address patient, staff, and physician concerns
• monitor billing, collections, denials, and appeals
• coordinate facilities, vendors, inventory, and equipment
• support marketing and growth tracking.
