What you'll do

• Own monthly revenue goals for private training, small-group training, and supplements
• lead fitness tours and prospecting
• present training options and convert introductory packages
• coordinate member handoffs to coaching staff
• build a client base through outreach and tracking
• support meetings with the Regional MMA Manager
• guide and supervise coaches
• respond to member inquiries and resolve issues
• manage appointments, staff schedules, and time records
• implement club policies and safety procedures
• conduct facility walkthroughs and report maintenance needs.
