What you'll do
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- complete general repairs, resident work orders, unit make-readies, and quarterly preventive maintenance
- maintain curb appeal
- perform painting, carpet cleaning, and unit cleaning as needed
- assist neighboring properties
- pick up supplies
- report health and safety concerns
- participate in required training
- be available for after-hours on-call work and approved overtime.
