Weekend Nursing Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee weekend station operations and nursing care practices
• monitor RN, LPN, and CNA competencies and performance
• support staffing coverage and respond to staffing calls from Friday evening through Monday morning
• coordinate care records, medication processes, reports, and corrective actions
• support regulatory compliance and state surveys
• supervise and develop floor nursing staff.
