What you'll do

• Oversee check-in, attendance, snacks, academic support, enrichment rotations, reflection, and dismissal
• supervise staff and maintain staff-to-student ratios
• support safe arrival and attendance tracking
• coordinate structured rotations and student choice
• follow up with families about attendance
• implement social-emotional learning and positive behavior supports
• support inclusion for students with IEPs or 504 plans
• communicate with families
• support program evaluation and data collection
• maintain safe indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
