Before and After School Program Site Director

The Before and After School Program Site Director role is onsite at Bamford Elementary School in Loveland, CO, with compensation of $20.25–$23.25 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday split shifts, 6:30–8:30 a.m. and 2:00–6:00 p.m. AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to engage students beyond the school day. The director leads daily site operations and program delivery, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment while supporting student and family experiences. The role also supervises staff and ensures licensing, documentation, and program requirements are met.

What you'll do

• Manage site schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
• oversee or facilitate curriculum implementation
• maintain licensing compliance and inspection readiness
• manage resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• supervise and mentor staff
• build relationships with families, school staff, and leadership
• represent AlphaBEST at school and community events.
