What you'll do

• Review requisitions and verify coding and approvals
• clarify requisition details with requestors
• place orders with approved vendors and confirm pricing, availability, and delivery
• track orders and follow up on delays or substitutions
• assist with vendor setup
• maintain inventory records and support receiving and restocking
• process equipment purchase and repair requisitions
• perform purchasing administration and data entry.
