What you'll do

• Complete preventive maintenance
• perform basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and hardware repairs
• assist with HVAC filter changes, kitchen equipment, and pool inspections
• respond to work orders
• move furniture for events
• maintain tools and safe work areas
• report unsafe conditions.
