What you'll do

• Operate equipment used to produce molded rubber products
• regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time
• load, set up, and operate stamping presses
• follow safety practices
• report damaged or malfunctioning equipment
• record downtime and assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and repair
• understand and run the mixing process
• document target misses
• start up and shut down plant equipment.
