This role exists to provide personalized support to students in grades 9-12, ensuring they successfully follow their Individualized Education Plans (IEP). By collaborating with classroom teachers, the aide helps foster a safe, high-achieving learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teachers to support a safe learning environment
• implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
• monitor student progress and maintain accurate behavioral logs
• provide support for students with learning or behavioral disabilities
• assist with crisis management and de-escalation
• maintain student record confidentiality
• participate in school-wide meetings.
