What you'll do

• Model patient-centered customer service
• train, develop, and engage staff
• communicate with patients, providers, staff, and leadership
• lead daily huddles and monthly staff and provider meetings
• oversee daily clinic operations
• manage staff schedules and overtime
• oversee inventory and daily receipts and collections
• optimize provider schedules
• implement company initiatives
• troubleshoot operational issues.
