What you'll do

• Operate the dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
• clean and sanitize food-service areas and equipment
• follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• maintain required service-standard and compliance documentation
• assist with receiving food and non-food supplies.
