What you'll do

• Supervise direct support professionals
• maintain operations in accordance with Connecticut licensing regulations and agency policies
• build respectful relationships and advocate for individuals’ choices
• support hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision
• complete required care, behavior, financial, and incident documentation
• manage program budgets and funds
• facilitate staff and house meetings
• participate in individual planning and interdisciplinary meetings
• provide emergency coverage and 24-hour on-call support.
