What you'll do

• Assist with creating and carrying out activity calendars and personal schedules for the assigned neighborhood
• ensure supplies and working technology are available
• invite, encourage, and assist residents in activities
• prepare evening engagement plans with caregivers and follow up on execution
• assist with the monthly budget for food, engagement, and educational activities
• communicate respectfully with residents, families, and team members
• support an attractive environment that fosters engagement and socialization.
