The Before and After School Care Site Director Substitute role is onsite at various elementary schools in Fort Collins, CO. Pay is $20.25–$23.25 per hour. AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to engage students in a fun and safe environment. The substitute leads site operations and supports staff, students, and families while maintaining safety, licensing compliance, and program standards. The role helps ensure consistent delivery of before- and after-school programming when site leadership coverage is needed.

What you'll do

• Manage site schedules, staffing ratios, documentation, and day-to-day operations
• oversee or facilitate curriculum implementation
• maintain a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and company standards
• maintain licensing documentation and inspection readiness
• track site resources, attendance, and food-program requirements
• supervise and mentor the site team
• represent AlphaBEST at school and community events
• build relationships with families, school staff, and company leadership.
