What you'll do

• Supervise and participate in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, stocking, inventory handling, and material handling
• monitor parcel and less-than-truckload work areas and order flow
• maintain a visible warehouse-floor presence
• perform quality assurance and report findings
• assist during peak workloads or staffing shortages
• research and resolve daily operational problems
• train and coach personnel on policies, procedures, and safety
• act as manager in the manager’s absence
• prioritize tasks based on workflow.
