What you'll do

• Direct international sales and marketing with U.S. senior managers
• manage international staff, market planning, sales strategies, and Latin American operations
• develop brand marketing plans
• manage sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance
• build customer and licensor relationships
• oversee account-specific programs, territories, and quotas
• lead product development and rollout efforts
• manage Latin American licensing deals and business plans.
