Mobile Service Technician — Heavy- and Medium-Duty Vehicles

The Mobile Service Technician role is based in Louisa, KY, with pay of $20–$35 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform roadside repairs and maintenance on heavy- and medium-duty vehicles
• respond to service calls 24/7 unless marked unavailable by the Service Manager
• diagnose problems using original-equipment software and other means
• communicate issues to customers
• validate repairs
• manage service-truck parts inventory
• complete paperwork and may collect payments
• maintain and inspect equipment
• participate in service training
• travel within the designated region as required
• work in the shop when road work is unavailable.
