What you'll do

• Welcome guests and identify their needs
• manage calls, emails, bookings, check-in, checkout, and billing
• explain rituals and treatments
• complete opening, closing, and in-shift checklists
• monitor and restock guest amenities
• manage appointments to support facility flow
• study Sauna House offerings and explain sauna, cold therapy, and massage
• communicate with coworkers, management, and practitioners.
