The Retail Keyholder role is onsite in Natick, MA. Compensation is $15.50–$18.25 per hour. GameStop’s retail team serves gamers with video games, electronics, and gaming merchandise, aiming to create customer experiences and support its buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model. The role supports store management by supervising store activities, delivering guest service, processing transactions, maintaining merchandise and store presentation, and helping meet sales, profit, and shrink goals. In the absence of management, the Keyholder supervises and delegates tasks to Sales Associates.

What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete Omni-Channel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, and daily deposits
• assist management with sales, profit, and shrink goals
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
