What you'll do

• Lead vendor outsourcing strategies for proposals and RFPs
• evaluate and recommend vendors
• partner with Vendor Management on supplier relationships and sourcing
• present strategies in bid defenses and sponsor meetings
• lead process optimization and scaling
• advise cross-functional teams
• provide vendor performance, risk, capacity, and readiness insights
• develop tools, training, and best practices
• ensure outsourced activities align with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
